Curtis Fifner - Curtis leads the workers' compensation practice where he represents injured workers in administration hearings throughout the State of Ohio. Curtis also handles intentional tort and VSSR claims of his clients in conjunction with their workers' compensation claims where the injuries resulted from the employer's deliberate disregard for state and federal law.

In addition to his extensive practice involving injured workers, Curtis also represents clients who have sustained serious bodily injury as a result of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, prescription errors adn dog bites.
